YMCA of Greater Hyderabad and IDAN Sign MoU for Investment Projects in Nagaland

Nagaland: The YMCA of Greater Hyderabad has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Investment and Development Authority (IDAN) to support and facilitate investment projects in various sectors in Nagaland. The sectors include sports, youth development, accommodation, and community development.

The MoU signing ceremony took place at the capital cultural hall in Kohima, in the presence of Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio, Deputy Chief Minister Y Patton, and IDAN Chairman Abu Metha. The collaboration aims to channel investments into projects that contribute to the overall development of Nagaland, focusing on youth empowerment and community enhancement.

The YMCA of Greater Hyderabad, affiliated with the Indian YMCA and the World YMCA movement, is known for its active engagement in community service through diverse programs and activities centered around holistic individual development. The partnership with IDAN signifies a commitment to fostering positive changes and growth in Nagaland through strategic investments in key sectors.

IDAN Chairman Abu Metha expressed optimism about the partnership, stating, “The Investment & Development Authority of Nagaland (IDAN) signed an MoU with the YMCA of Greater Hyderabad to facilitate investment projects to be undertaken in Nagaland in various sectors such as sports, youth activities, and community development. We look forward to a fruitful partnership that will contribute towards the empowerment of our youth.”
